Online Gift for Someone Special

Someone has started to be busy at the office
and I am stuck at home missing him every second of the day

Since i couldn't message or call him
(not that he doesn't allow me to
but because i don't wanna disturb him at work)
so i made him something
an online card
as an online gift

I edited the pic i got from internet
and then switch with that someone's pic
(familiarizing myself with photoshop)
